food was great beef bbq and cheese fries and the rootbeer was to die for....

Great onion rings, and even better hot dogs(or saucedogs)!! Who am I kidding, everything on the menu is great!!

I just picked up my order and the French fries were almost raw. I ordered them extra done and they were not good. Our hotdogs were perfect. Next time I will check them before I pay for them or leave the lot.

Awesome outdoor family dining experience! Good food, at a great price, and super friendly service. Carhop service was a complete surprise. We barely pulled in, and someone was at our window. We chose to eat under the 50's style cover instead of in the car, since we have 2 toddlers. Our server went above and beyond to meet our kids needs. We will definitely be coming back here the next time that we are in the area.

Love you guys...mean it. Good, but not my favorite dogs. Maybe my favorite root beer. Quick service despite the Covid-19 pandemic. Gloves and masks consistent. Thanks for all you do to keep us safe and fed.

Excellent as usual. I wish we had one in Columbus! The young lady who waited on us was efficient, friendly and professional. The parking lot and surrounding areas were super clean. I also used their bathroom to wash my hands and it was sparkling clean as well. I havn't been to Frostop in quite some time since I'm not in the area much. But I was reminded of it and how much I always enjoyed it when I saw a bottle of their rootbeer at a local grocery store.

Frostop is an awesome place to go out to. It has great food but the best thing is the root beer. It’s very nice and cold. I’ve only been to it twice because I live all the way down in Texas and it’s up in West Virginia. Every summer when I go up to visit family there I want to go eat and get root beer at Frostop. Frostop’s root beer is so amazing I wish there were more restaurants around the country.

I really liked this place. Just didn't have a bathroom. The food was good and the boy that took our order had a good sense of humor and was patient and friendly. My husband and son were just not impressed with the hot dog sauce. That's the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5.

Their hot dogs and barbecues are amazing!! You can't beat the fast and friendly service! The root beer is really good too.

We have called the root beer "a gallon of goodness" for 40+yrs! We now live in NC but stop for a gallon whenever we are home for a visit. The best root beer ever!!!

Their homemade root beer is to die for! Their prices are great and are the drive in is a must if you are visiting Huntington!

The root beer is the best I have ever tasted. I bought a growler and took it home...I had rootbeer for several days! The footlongs are tasty!

Fast service. Great dogs. Awesome onion rings! I am a return customer and when in Huntington, I will come to Frost Top. Car hops, grill food, outside seating, fair prices for great food. Worth going out of your way for the food and experience!

Friendly service greets you the second you park, and you have a menu of cheap expertly fried things to pick from. If you order a homemade rootbeer for “here” they will get it to you in a frosted mug that enhances the flavor of some of the best rootbeer around.

We are truck drivers working in the Huntington, WV area and noticed Frostop and thought it would be a great place for us to eat. Because there was no seating available for us and we walked there, we used the ledge by the bathrooms to set on while eating our food. The food was good but the Manager attitude was extremely hateful. She basically thru us off the property before we had a chance to finish our food. If the owner is reading this then I would recommend a reprimand for this young blond manager. Word travels fast.

Frostop is a must-stop. Had a burger and hot dog here, both delicious. Loved the service almost as much as I love the giant spinning root beer mug on their roof that caught my attention in the first place! Prices are very generous, great bang-for-your-buck place. Easy in-out access and window service, highly recommended to anyone looking for a quick bite in Huntington!

Our hotel clerk recommended Froslop and we're glad she did. This is an old fashion place with frosted mugs of root beer and stay in your car service. Like A&W used to be. We enjoyed the hot dog and hamburger and fries.

The food is decent but the rootbeer is fabulous. Honestly never had anything quite as satisfying as the frosty mug. If for nothing else that rootbeer makes the old fashioned drive in what it is. I highly recommend it.

Nice little car hop drive in restaurant. Really good in the Covid era because you can eat in your car. Good hot dogs, crinkle cut fries and root beer. Didn't have the bbq sandwich this time but I hear it's pretty good. Make sure to get plenty of napkins.

Good was good for dinner style food & their prices were good. Service was a little strange. It's not fast but reasonable. I'd eat here again. I do prefer to get to sit in instead of eating from my car but I wouldn't expect the same price for a sit down dinner.

Loved this - best onion rings ever - hot dogs are yummy - root beer is very good. The service was great & I was there at lunch time. One guy did a great job waiting on everyone there. The lot was full. Can't imagine how good the service would be with 2 people!! The guy took our money & then came back to say he owed us a ten. Honesty doesn't always happen. Great job. We were there on 11/15.
